2 miles west of Garrison, Minnesota at the end of a quiet road on secluded lot in the woods with no through traffic.
Level, gently sloping lot to sandy beach. Plenty of yard space for family games and activities. Spectacular sunset views on dock from East shore of lake. Serene summer (and winter) days and evenings for long walks, fishing or boating on the lake, sitting by an outdoor fire roasting S’mores, or just hanging out. Canoe, kayak, fishing boat, paddle boat, tubes and a paddle board are all on the property and are rent free.
1 master and 1 regular bedroom (1 double bed each), another regular bedroom with twin size bunk beds. 2 full baths, full sleeper sofa in living room. House sleeps up to 8 people. Fully furnished to include kitchen utensils and appliances, dishwasher, microwave, charcoal grill, linens, towels and wash cloths. 1,200 sq. ft home with year-round heating, air conditioning, washer and dryer. Front and rear attached decks let you enjoy the sunshine throughout the day. A lake side fire pit is there for the family to enjoy ( firewood provided).
Within 30 miles you will find many recreational lakes, shopping, restaurants, golfing, Cuyuna bike trails, and approx. 10 miles to Grand Casino, movie theaters, etc. Brainerd is 20 minutes west.

There is no public access on this lake so a private boat can not be launched here. There are many lakes close where you may launch your boat.
