We have multiple flats in a apartment called Ananya palm beach puri, for group booking we can provide you multiple 1BHk/2BHK in this apartment.

◆ We have multiple lifts.

We do Provide car and scooty for self drive on a discounted rate specifically for our guests:
Scooty 500 per day
Sedan 1500 per day
SUV(Fortuner/Kia seltos): 2500 per day
BMW X3 Sports: 6000 per day

The space
★ The Flat comes with all the facilities that one would require in day-to-day life, Like an Air conditioner, a refrigerator, a TV, a fully functioning kitchen.


❥ There is 1 Bedrooms. King-sized beds (78"*72") with a memory foam mattress, bedroom have Air Conditioning.

❥There is 2 Bathrooms.

☑ A Three-seater sofa cum bed.
☑ The living room also has an attached washroom.

◈ For those with a flair for cooking, the kitchen comes fully equipped with a induction cooker , refrigerator, and a range of crockery, cutlery, and glasses.

◈ Kitchen is also fitted with A RO+UV water purifier. Kindly use it responsibly.

★ Temple darshan and Mahaprasad can be arranged on request.

★ Cabs for Airport pickup/drop and sightseeing tours are available.

◈Airport transfers are also available

◈ Parking spaces are also available, should you bring your car/Bike. we also provide scooty on rent for 450/- and car for 1500/- lowest in puri specially for our guests.

◈ Extra mattress is available on Request.

◈ Shri Jagannath Temple is 4kms and the Railway station is 7 km from the property.

◈ My caretaker will always be available(9 am till 9 pm) to attend to your needs.

◈Domestic Help is also available for cleaning at a per-day basis charge.

★ If you are travelling in a large group I have more 1 Bhk flats. You can contact me to book them.

➢ Guests will have access to a complete 1-BHK apartment which includes 1 - bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a living hall, a kitchen,

Other things to note
>>Please note that if you cannot find a mixer- grinder, or Iron in the kitchen or apartment, kindly request one from the caretaker. They will be happy to provide you with one as needed.

>>Housekeeping: our housekeepers will clean, mop and dust the house once every day timing will be between 3pm till 6 pm. However, this doesn’t include dishwashing so please wash any dishes you use.

If you need assistance with dish washing, kindly let us know and we will arrange it at a small fee of Rs.100. These can be settled directly with the housekeeping staff.

>>The linens/ towels will be changed once every 3 days/ each time a new guest checks in (whichever is earlier).

>>Can provide you number of laundry service that charges ₹15-20 approx per item.


➢ We just wanted to let you know that we have a 24-hour generator backup. The DG will power the essentials, such as lights, fans, and WiFi. It will not Power the Air-conditioners.
