"Excellent friendly staff, but property is older service station hotel with some remodel work done on lobby. Rooms are tired and have no AC (but windows catch a lot of sun). Fans were provided.
Checkin was problematic with Expedia "3 beds" not translating to their booking system. This took an hour to sort out, but they did so."

"Easy and convenient for us travelling to and from the F1 daily, if you are staying more than 1 night be aware the room does not come with a fridge we found out the hard way, was advised by reception you need to book a plus room… would have been handy to know this prior to check in.
A toaster and some cutlery would have been a nice addition to basic ammenities for the room.
Rooms are not serviced unless you request at reception.
Hotel was quiet for the few hours a day we were there"

"I could not have asked for a better stay in the UK! The room was perfect, the staff were lovely and the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious (we stayed 5 days for the F1 race and ended up eating at the hotel restaurant for every breakfast and dinner). A wonderful experience. We can’t wait to visit again next year."

"Location and staff great. Pub below venue is closed and for sale but good pub food a 5 minute walk away. Property in need of air conditioning for summer stays though although a fan is provided which is insufficient to cool the room. Location overlooking the lake and bird life is superb and car park fees go to the park upkeep so are justified. Overall good but too hot in the room."
