We're located in the famous nautical community of RiverPoint, conveniently just 13 miles away from the charming white sands and restaurants of picturesque Anna Maria Island. RiverPoint is near the Braden and Manatee Rivers, and the house, surrounded by palm trees, sits along a saltwater canal.


The stunning backyard will become your favorite spot to relax, socialize, and soak up the sun! Enjoy sunsets on the screened Lanai patio overlooking the heated pool and waterfront.

Important Note: Pets are welcome but must remain on the Lanai area, never inside the house, please.

Up to 2 dogs are allowed for an additional fee of $100 per stay. (The fee is not required if everything is clean at checkout.)

Pets must be fully house-trained.
Must be completely clean.
Must be leashed at all times when not in a fenced area.
Must be created when left alone in the house.

Alternative measures must be taken if barking becomes an issue during your stay.
Pets are not allowed on furniture, bedding, or in the pool.


Important note: If you're looking for a party house, THIS IS NOT IT. The property is ideal for family vacations.


Additional notes:

For your safety, surveillance cameras are located outside the home (front door, front garage, side garage, back pointing toward the dock). There are no interior cameras to ensure guest privacy.


- Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not record voices or conversations; they only monitor decibel levels.

- Two-story home with stairs.

- Maximum of 8 adults allowed in the home.

- Driveway parking for up to 3 cars. No street parking allowed.

- Heated pool available for an additional $20 per night or $400 monthly.

- Safety measures include a fire extinguisher, smoke detector, and first aid kit.

IMPORTANT: Everyone entering the home during your stay MUST be included in the reservation for the safety of all our guests. Please ensure the correct number of guests is registered. Unregistered guests could lead to early cancellation of your stay without a refund.
