Nestled on a spacious lot, the property features a large, fenced yard — ideal for kids to run and play freely, or for securely parking multiple vehicles, boats, or trailers. Step into your own private paradise with a serene pool area surrounded by lush greenery and visited daily by local wildlife, including colorful birds, playful lizards, and cheerful grasshoppers—creating a tranquil, nature-filled oasis.



Inside, you'll find a warm and inviting interior with plenty of room to relax and recharge. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances—fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave—making it easy to prepare home-cooked meals throughout your stay. After a day of fun in the sun, settle into the cozy living room, complete with plush seating, a TV, and streaming services like Netflix for the perfect family movie night.



Designed with all types of travelers in mind, this home features a variety of comfortable sleeping arrangements: a luxurious king bed, a cozy queen, a twin bed, and a bunk bed—accommodating families or groups with ease.



Step outside to indulge in the Florida lifestyle. The screened lanai provides a shaded retreat to lounge and relax, while the outdoor patio is ideal for dining al fresco, grilling, or storytelling around the firepit. And just steps away, the private pool invites you to cool off or soak in the sunshine.



Want to enjoy the pool year-round? Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $32 per day plus tax. A 48 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.—please inquire ahead of your stay to arrange this added comfort.
