Our mid-century modern home with heated saltwater pool and spa provides ample space, all while creating that comfy at-home feel.
Relax by the pool with an icy beverage in your tropical back yard with mango, palm, and banana trees. Enjoy your own well-equipped kitchen complete with stainless-steel appliances while whipping up a delicious home-cooked meal.
Located in historic Palma Sola Park, a quiet neighborhood close to the water. Take a five-minute stroll to Rose Park, located on Palma Sola Bay and capture some unforgettable pictures with family and friends as the sun sets in the background.

LIVING AREAS
The living room area features a sectional sofa and 2 armchairs beneath a ceiling fan, perfect for enjoying the 55” wall mounted smart TV. Catch up on favorite shows or watch big sporting events with complementary Spectrum cable or access to your Netflix/Hulu/Amazon account.

KITCHEN & DINING
Enjoy poolside morning breakfast at the outdoor high table on the patio/pool deck. This home includes three bedrooms that sleep 6 total and two bathrooms.
Retreat to the luxurious primary bedroom which features a plush king-sized bed. Oversized sliding glass doors open to a lovely tropical patio with a chaise lounge chair and ceiling fan. The bathroom boasts a double sink vanity and glass shower.
The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The second bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination.
The third bedroom offers two twin beds.

OUTDOOR AREAS
After a fun-filled day of adventures in sunny Florida, relax on the large, screened in patio and enjoy a cool beverage. The covered patio provides ample shade and two ceiling fans. To soak up the sun, enjoy the four poolside chaise loungers. Make use of the gas grill to create delicious outdoor meals.
Outside of the screened in patio take in the beautiful tropical landscape while enjoying the outdoor shower.
