⚠️ HOUSE RULES & IMPORTANT NOTES
• No parties or events. Only registered guests are allowed.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the home. Smoking or lingering odors will result in a $500 fee to cover additional cleaning and odor remediation.
• No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets are subject to a $500 fee. Service animals are welcome in accordance with Airbnb's Accessibility Policy. Guests traveling with a service animal are requested to notify us prior to arrival to avoid confusion.
• TVs feature Roku Guest Mode for easy streaming with automatic sign-out at checkout (no cable).
• One exterior security camera at the front entrance only (no interior or backyard cameras).
• A refundable $500 security deposit will be held prior to arrival and released after your stay, provided there are no damages, missing items, or policy violations.
• When outdoor temperatures fall below 50°F, colder conditions may limit the pool heater’s ability to reach or maintain the desired pool temperature.
• Pool & spa are for registered guests only; children must be supervised at all times.
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
• No Excessive Noise or Loud Music – Excessive noise and loud music are not permitted at any time. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable level throughout your stay.

Failure to comply with the house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation and removal from the property. Guests will not be entitled to a refund for unused nights when a reservation is terminated due to a violation of the house rules.
