Our waterfront home is very bright with water views of the Manatee River from most rooms. Guests will enjoy watching dolphins play from our private dock. Our home has a private heated pool with hot tub that can be enjoyed all year long.

Our neighborhood is located in the quiet and quaint historic Bradenton River District with friendly neighbors and walkable to many restaurants, cafes and shopping in downtown Bradenton marina and Riverwalk district. There is a farmer's market every Saturday from October through May featuring local produce, art and music. Free family friendly concerts held Fridays late March through April in the Riverwalk Pavilion.

Out home is a two story home with a private master ensuite with king bed on first floor with water views. The master bath has a tub and separate walk in shower with double shower heads. The toilet and bidet are in a private space with door. The master bath also has a private door to the pool. There are sliding panel doors out to the pool that open completely creating a seamless transition out to pool. The Upstairs is set at the back of house and can be entered privately from the pool area and an exterior screen door in lanai. This is ideal for couples traveling together looking for privacy. Upstairs you will find a loft that has a full day bed and an additional slide out mattress that sleeps 2 children or smaller adults if necessary, along with a TV. The additional two bedrooms have a jack and jill bathroom with private toilet area. The larger bedroom has a mini kitchen which includes a sink, microwave, small fridge and small dinette table.
Every bedroom has a smart TV including the loft area, and pool for a total of 6 smart, Firestick TV"s.
