Perfect 1-bedroom condo with AC in Bradenton Beach

I am looking to rent my condo on Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beach - FL. This is a studio condo with a full kitchen. It has a king size bed, cozy chairs and a kitchen with one bathroom. There is basic cable, WIFI, and utilities are included in the rental price. NO pets and no smoking.

The condo is at Tortuga Inn which is a popular resort condo/hotel. It offers private beach access with beach chairs included within my HOA. Two pools onsite and cover parking as an option. The room is on the ground floor so no stairs to climb! A short walk to the pool and the beach.

It's the perfect beach to bay resort on Florida's unspoiled Anna Maria Island. Plus a private white sand beach just across the street, two heated pools, a private pergola with amazing ocean views and water craft rentals. Manatees are known to habitat the bay area during certain times a year, dolphins and other wildlife are also regular visitors with the bay and ocean.

Within the condo; it's a 1 bedroom, has a kitchene, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and a fridge. There is one bathroom with shower. The condo has basic cable, smart tv and free wifi.
