Welcome to Hibiscus Condo on Anna Maria Island by RVA. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation condominium has spectacular views stretching south across the Sarasota skyline. Relax on the patio of this second floor Bradenton Beach condominium rental, or in the shared pool and watch the dolphins play and the sailboats drift by. The world-famous sugar sand beaches of Anna Maria Island are only a few steps away, along with Historic Bridge Street which is home to many unique shops and restaurants. When you enter the home you’ll find it warm and inviting with its open floor plan and fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless appliances and sprawling granite countertops. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee or tea on the covered patio while the sun comes up and take a short walk to the beach to take in some of the best sunsets anywhere. The master suite features a king-size bed and a large walk-in closet.



This rental can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests and comes equipped with all the amenities of home. If you want to explore you can take advantage of the free trolley with stops along the full length of the island. Whatever your vacation plans, we promise Hibiscus Condo will check all of your boxes. In fact, many of our guests return year-after-year to soak up the Florida sunshine in this island spot.

Beautiful property, amazing view

This property was beautiful and had everything we needed! The view was amazing and peaceful. My only few complaints were that the floor was not mopped upon and my daughter was filthy crawling around on her knees and feet, but everything else was very clean. When I messaged through the vrbo app, I did not get a response for weeks until I sent a 2nd message. However, when I called the office, they were very communicative and nice! Lastly, I didnt realize how many people we would have to share the pool with. Its a pretty small pool but it seemed like new families were always going in and out which was kind of a bummer for privacy sake. Overall, I would definitely stay here again as the location is absolutely perfect!

Family spring break

We had a great stay with our kids 7yo and 5yo for spring break. The house has a great location and very close to Cortez and Coquina beaches along with the Bridge Street restaurants and shops. Pool heater was broken so we couldn’t use for 2 days but that was the only negative of our stay. House has plenty of towels, kitchen items and space for a family of 4!

I would definitely go again. Everything was great except the parking is a little tight. If you have multiple vehicles , I had a pickup that just barely fit in the garage had it not I would’ve been blocking the other property behind it if I left it in the driveway as it’s a right of way. The elevator was a nice touch to get our stuff in and out great view nice place had everything we needed except an iron, but a lot of stuff I didn’t even think of the dock was convenient we could kayak right off of it.

Amazing views perfect location

Everything was as it was described. The location is perfect for enjoying everything on bridge street and just a very short walk to the beach. Sunrises and coffee on the patio was dreamy. Rental office took care of worn out pots and pans swiftly. Would definitely return to this gorgeous location.

Perfect for us!

The location was great, the house was perfect for our family (2 adults, kids 11, 8, 1). We bounced between the pool, the beach (very short walk), fishing on the dock, walking to restaurants/ice cream. Only tips for future guests is to bring your own pillow if possible (theirs are super flat), there is not bathtub if you have a little one (we made do), no need to bring your own beach towels, they have plenty in the closet to use and a washer/dryer, and the house/kitchen is well stocked so no need to overpack! We couldn’t get the key to work in the elevator but load your luggage/stuff at the bottom then hit the CALL button on the second floor and the elevator comes up!

We loved loved our house the week and a half we were in AMI! Watched dolphins off the porch! Beach EASILY walked to! Bay side does get a little smelly but not enough to keep us out of the pool! Pool is a bit on small side but perfect for my 5 yr old, could touch the whole time, no worries for mom! Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants!

We loved our stay at Hibiscus condo! Having coffee every morning on the patio overlooking the bay was a bit of “heaven on earth!!” It was a beautiful yet very comfortable home-we enjoyed every second of our stay!!

Wish we we’re still there!

The condo is beautiful, well appointed and the elevator was so helpful with luggage for a family of five. The views are spectacular and the location is so convenient to beach and Bridge Street. The only room for improvement is the door to the balcony. It’s really rusted as the result of salt air exposure, causing it to stick like crazy. It’s both difficult to open and to get closed. Also, while the kitchen provided almost everything you could ask for, there was no wine key. You’ll love staying here, but if you want to enjoy some wine from the balcony staring at the beautiful bay, pack your own own wine key!

Great, But

We enjoyed the location of the condo, however online it says there is room for 1 car to park in the garage and 1 in the driveway...not so. We were informed by the people above us that they own their condo and no one is allowed to park in the driveway. We had to park at a friend's 5 blocks away and walk back and forth when my daughter wanted to use her car. Also there are no lawnchairs or anything else to use, unlike other places we have stayed on the island.

Great location

The location of this property is on the bay side of AMI and excellent location for shopping, restaurants, bars and is about 2 blocks to the beach. There were a few issues with the patio door being hard to close and we never figured out how to turn on the living room ceiling fan. We could not find a trash bin for the unit, but the property manager took care of that for us. It would have been nice to have clearer instructions on what we could and could not use on the property. There were bicycles and kayaks in the garage, but were unsure if they were for our use so did not use them. The kitchen was well stocked and the condo was as shown in the pictures. Overall we had a great stay!!

Location, Location, Location!

Hate to give away a gem, but here you go. Perfect location, a block from the revitalized Bridge Street, perfect for walking to breakfast, lunch, and dinner without trying to find that elusive parking. Condo was nice and quiet and perfect for a relaxing week

Ideal Location

We loved our stay (27 days). The location is great and the property is well maintained and had almost everything we were looking for. I read all the previous reviews and learned how much fun others had fishing off of the dock. I missed the fact that the dock is now off limits. I didn’t notice that until we received the rental agreement. That is my only complaint. The condo was very nice. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the birds. Great fun. We walked to the beach, shops and restaurants. There is a pier a short walk (one third of a mile) north of the condo. Pelican watching was a routine past time. Road construction during our stay made traffic a nightmare. When we come again, we’ll bring bikes just in case traffic is still bad.

Great Location

We like this condo. We have stayed here before and would stay here again. Our only suggestions would be to have a fan to use for the balcony and the pillows and bed are getting pretty worn.

The location is perfect! The house had a few issues .... the bathroom door in the master bedroom would not latch or stay shut all the way, the couch had some stains on it (it’s white so I’m sure it get dirty easily), we only had one house key until i called again for one on Tuesday and the grill that was listed as an amenity was missing. The washing machine was broken when we went to use it on Sunday and didn’t have one replaced until Wednesday - no response when we called on Sunday and left a message - I had to call Monday - was told someone would come - no one came - called Tuesday morning and was told they would come repair it - unfortunately it couldn’t be repaired and we had to wait yet another day. So on our 5th day of vacation, I washed clothes most of the afternoon ... 6 people (one of them 6 months old) had 5 days worth of laundry ... it was just disappointing that it was broken when we arrived and no one knew .... we visit Anna Maria often and this was our first time staying here. We would probably stay here again .... possibly .... I just hate I had to stress about laundry for five days - especially with an infant. For the cost of the rental, I wish we could have had a stress free vacation.

Beautiful bay home!

We come to Bradenton Beach twice a year, I have never stayed on the bay,! The home was beautiful, everything we needed! I love sitting in the porch watching the wild life and the boats! I would definitely stay here again! I would rather stay there on our November trip, because the pool was to hot to swim in! But the winter months would be awesome! I would highly recommend this beautiful home

Beautiful and quiet at this time in June

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. There were no other people staying at the houses near us, so it was very quiet and peaceful. My husband and boys loved fishing off the pier. The house was modern, and the kitchen was big. My husband enjoyed the elevator, so he didn't have to lug all our bags up the stairs. My only negative was when reading about the property I thought it was on Anna Maria Island, it is actually Bradenton beach, but it really ended up being the perfect spot, close to shops and a few steps to the beach. I highly recommend this house.

Beautiful Condo, Perfect Location!!

You can't ask for anything more in this condo. We had our own private pool for the week and our own fishing dock that my 10 year old son happily caught many fish from. The condo is literally 200 steps from the door to the beautiful beach on the gulf side and we walked to dinner, icecream, shops and putt-putt with 4 kids in tow without an issue. We felt safe and relaxed and everything was so close! The condo itself was clean and very roomy and had everything we could have possibly needed. The beds were super comfortable and we had plenty of extra bedding. The condo also has a washer and dryer which was not listed in the amenities but was a very helpful surprise. I would revisit in a heartbeat. Worth every penny and then some!!

We loved stay at Hibiscus! Very well appointed and spacious home with great location and views.

We just spent a week here and it was one of our best vacations. We really enjoyed being right on the bay and watching the birds and dolphins and boats come and go. Having a private pool was extra nice. You have a private garage on the basement level. Our unit was the whole second floor and the third floor wasn't rented when we were there. The unit had nice furniture and furnishings and was about 1500-1600 sq ft. All the room were large and very up to date. We also enjoyed having the free AMI (Anna Maria Island) trolly to ride up and down the island. Our absolute favorite is the sunsets. It's about 200 steps to the white beach sands of the gulf. Just can't beat them here on the southern gulf coast. Been coming down here for years just for the sunsets.
