TWO nicely updated 2 bedroom 1 bath units in a privately owned duplex. (nightly rates shown are for both together) One street away from the gorgeous white sand and turquoise water of Bradenton Beach! Fun and tropical, beachy decor in a well cared for, very clean duplex with all the comforts of home.

This is a great way to have a group of 6-8 people all together for your vacation yet still have some privacy in separate units when needed. Your group will enjoy having the entire property with a large pool and TWO hot tubs to yourselves. (The apartments will not be rented separately so you will never be sharing the property or pool area with strangers).

This is a great set up for young families who would like the grandparents to join while making sure the grandparents also have their own space for peace and quiet. Also great for 2 families of 4 or several couples to share a vacation.

The property has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms and a large open air ground level room for communing together for meals and games by the beautiful pool and spas.

Gorgeous (new in 2017) heated 32' x 13' swimming pool. This is a pool you can actually swim in, not a plunge pool. Plus there are 2 built in hot tubs in the pool area so no one has to wait to use a spa as there is room for all guests at once if desired.

The pool WAS shared with the owner but I have since moved and opened up my apartment as part of this rental. Older reviews will mention that I lived there but effective November 2024 the entire property is one large rental for larger groups of guests.

Cable TV, internet, onsite laundry, off street parking. All furnishings, dishes, cookware bedding, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach tents, beach carts and toys are provided for a carefree stay.

The layout of the building has one unit in the front facing Avenue C and one unit in the back over looking the pool and facing the alley that's between Ave C and B. Each unit has a separate set of stairs and landing to each front door and the landings are not connected to each other. (please see photos for clarity)

The front unit has a bedroom with a king bed and a bedroom with two twin beds and the back unit has a bedroom with a king bed and a bedroom with a queen bed.

Also please note bookings for peak times (Winter and holiday weeks) are non-refundable so we advise getting trip insurance for peace of mind if you have an emergency and cannot come.
