All Drivers must be over the age of 21. Drivers must provide valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance. To drive the golf cart, non-US driver license holders are required to pay an additional $25 per day instead of providing vehicle insurance. The golf cart $25 fee is per golf cart, not per driver. This cost covers the extra insurance required.

This remarkable abode boasts an elevator for convenience. Among its sleeping quarters, three bedrooms, including the primary suite, offer king-sized beds, with two featuring ensuite facilities. Immerse yourself in the primary bathroom's rainfall shower, illuminated by natural light. The remaining three bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, with one offering its own ensuite for added privacy. Additionally, the seventh bedroom features 2 bunk beds, being a twin over a full-size mattress, ensuring ample space for all.

The main floor exudes an open-concept layout, showcasing a spacious living area seamlessly connected to a generously proportioned kitchen equipped with two refrigerators and dishwashers—no dishwashing duties while on vacation!

Climb the staircase to reach the rooftop deck, ideal for savoring sunset cocktails or engaging in sunrise yoga sessions. Please note that homes with elevators do not have living accommodations on the first floor. If you have members in your party that struggle with the use of stairs, we strongly recommend that you reserve a property on the ground floor. SeaBreeze Vacation cannot be held accountable for any malfunctions of the elevator and does not offer compensation.

SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund. We also offer a range of supplemental services including pre-stock grocery shopping and babysitting. Need a pack and play or high chair, etc.? These are available for a small additional fee and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.

The property comfortably accommodates a group of 16. Parking can accommodate 5 vehicles.
