There is a terrific view of the Gulf from the living/kitchen area that steps out into porch over-looking Gulf Drive and the beach in the near distance.


Charming original architectural features have been kept from the original building, including the antique door and the vintage wooden ceiling from the 1920's. Both #201 Sandpiper & #301 Pelican share the swimming pool but will have a private cabana with a grill assigned at either end.

The location is fairly central to the island, with Bridge St only about 1 mile away and several trolley stops nearby.
