"Absolutely Great stay. The host was outstanding and responded to us very quickly with all our questions. The history and the view are outstanding. We went fishing and walked on the Forge all the way across right at our front door. One of the best places I ever stayed. Must visit Downtown Shepherdtown and Hapers Ferry. Sooo much history . Also must eat at Rock Hill Creamery absolutely the best ice cream Ive ever had."

"Bill and Robin were welcoming hosts and their puppy Maui. We loved the deck by the river and all of the accommodations if we wanted to kayak, perhaps next time. It was quiet and peaceful and I loved the books and decor. I mostly caught up on sleep but if I had a few more days I would have read. "

"This is my familys second time staying at Lisa's property. Each time the cabin has been clean, well stocked, and no issues whatsoever. Lisa is very easy to communicate with and the property itself is special. From the relaxation under the canopy of trees, to the pool and creek access, there is plenty for a family to do. "We had a very nice stay. There were a lot of bugs on the floors. Could have used some baking dishes. We left flour in fridge. There needed to have sugar, flour and things that people would need. When we have gone to other B&Bs places they would have things like that for people.Tried to log in on tv to use our account to you tube tv but didn’t have a code for Roku. Better access to the river from the house. People have a hard time going up and down."

"Our family had a wonderful stay at the Farmhouse! There was a space for every mood and interest- hanging by the pool, reading on the porch, listening to music in the den. This home was particularly suited to our family. My three sons stayed in the barn studio and had space to spread out or work remotely when necessary. Our married son and daughter-in-law had their own private suite over the den.Great fire pit with plenty of wood. Grill was clean with spare propane when needed. The location...

"I stayed 2 nights at the Cozy Getaway and it was exactly that—super nice, comfortable, and just as pictured. Perfect for 1–2 travelers, maybe even with one kiddo. Kimberly, the host, communicated well, was attentive, and very friendly. My favorite part was definitely the porch—it made the whole stay feel extra relaxing. The place was spotless, and the location is great with good food within walking distance.I’m almost hesitant to share how much I liked it because I definitely plan to come back!"
