"The location is incredible (it's a shame the area it's poorly maintained with littering everywhere and the homeless loitering nearby) the apartment is nice but it's in tremendous need of an upgrade. The entire place looks, feels and smells tired."

After receiving no communication from the owner (should be 2-3days in advance of arrival) we had to reach out to VRBO Care for assistance who did a great job of getting the owner to provide us with check in information an hour later.We arrived at the property to find that it hadn't been cleaned prior to our arrival and guests had just left. "Upon reaching the destination they gave us a code to enter the building and everything then all of sudden they said the room is all full and they cannot accomaodate when we had paid in full. No comminication and no one answered the phone. I had to book last minute in nearby hotel and i am still awaiting for my refund of over £300 . Worst experience ever"
