With a surface area of ​​approximately 115 m², it consists of a large, very bright living room of approximately 60 m² with equipped kitchen, dining area and a television lounge area with sofa.
You will have 3 bedrooms with permanent bed (140 x 190cm) and storage cupboard
A bathroom with large walk-in shower and separate WC.

Outside you can enjoy a large terrace of around 50m² with awning, garden furniture, plancha barbecue (gas), a garden, and parking, all on the fully enclosed property.

You will have access to the shared swimming pool of 8m x 3m salt water and 1.40 m deep with stairs and bench

The house is adjoining a Les Bambous gîte, there is a second gîte on the Le Paddle property.
We rent these two cottages for 2 people to holidaymakers all year round, so you may not be alone on the property. Each accommodation has its own entrance and its private garden-terrace area.
