"The decor in the place is really nice & the hosts do not skimp out on supplies such as toilet paper & hand soap. The kitchen appliances were high end & it was very well stocked. They had a ton of board games & Netflix available for guests. There are plenty of water toys (kayaks, canoe, paddle boards) to make use of. The assorted life jackets came in handy for us as well.There were a few downsides though:* the water was not drinkable (since it is well water) and it had quite a putrid smell to it....

Shower door won’t stay closed, not a dresser, shelf, or hook for clothing, oven not clean, rack in backwards and fell out, extreme floor slanting. "We arrived at the cottage and there was a strange odour in the room. Then we noticed the furnishings were tattered and the cottage itself was poorly maintained. And though we paid we left after 10 minutes refusing to stay in this inferior cottage. We are now awaiting a refund."
