"Very clean nice place, walking distance to Vatican. Worked perfect for us because we rented a car for our two week trip all around Italy and this place is outside of the no-drive zone. We parked in the garage and used public transportation to get to Trastevere and other locations until it was time to leave Rome (the bus stop is right by the apartment). "Vittorio was a great host, for a fee he picked us up at the airport and took us back. Apartment is in the heart of the historic district and you can walk everywhere. Extra bathroom was nice, we were with our 2 kids 20 and 18 and they slept fine in the loft. No bugs so you can open the windows and get a great breeze, hang clothes on drying rack on veranda. Large patio where you can unwind in the evening. We cooked dinner 4 nights out of seven, it worked out great. Restaurants, grocery stores,...

"Our family stayed here during our trip to Rome. It is small, but nice and clean. It's a little bit farther away from all of the main tourist attractions and city, but everyone that we spoke with in the neighborhood was very kind and helpful. The taxis weren't too expensive, so thats what we usually choose to get into the middle of town, the Colosseum, Vatican ect. There was abgreat pastry shop right down the street that we went to for breakfast/coffee every morning and an amazing Gelato store...

"İf you are not a fan of walking you have to thing twice but a walk of 20 min is not a deal for me as it was not a problem for me I definitely would recommend. One other issue is that the area is not silent but it stops around 24:00. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend."

The apartment was spacious and the outside was lovely. You didn’t feel like you were in a big city at all but were right next to the Vatican (walking distance). Excellent! Would highly recommend!"

"The property owner does not speak English but was easily able to communicate with WhatsApp. Private. Enclosed parking. I was able to come and go through a private entrance for my vehicle with ease. If you’re looking for an affordable quiet private option to staying near Rome, this is great. A vehicle is a must. The nearby streets of Bracciano near the castle, has cheap and great food. Paulo the owner is a great host."

"Great place for the money! Convenient location walkable to the primary attractions in Rome. Very safe and vibrant area. The apartment was clean, roomy, and everything we needed. Check-in was easy. We were able to drop our bags after we arrived from the airport and get in early."
