The home accommodates up to four guests in two spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a queen bed and fresh linens. The layout keeps everything simple and functional, offering a restful place to recharge after a day of beach exploring or local adventures.



Bathroom & laundry

A full bathroom provides hot water and essential toiletries for everyday comfort. An outdoor shower lets you rinse off sand and salt before stepping inside. A free washer and dryer are located in the building, adding the convenience of on‑site laundry during your stay.



Kitchen & dining

A fully stocked kitchen invites you to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a relaxed dinner. A comfortable dining area and a TV in the living space make it easy to enjoy meals at home or unwind with a favorite show after a day out.

The property is pet‑friendly and includes free parking on the premises. Exterior security cameras on the building corners add an extra layer of safety, and all amenities are designed for a straightforward, uncomplicated stay.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire apartment.

The Neighborhood:

Experience Old Florida charm in Boyton Beach! We have amazing restaurants and boutiques along Ocean Avenue. There are canopy-covered walkways leading a wide stretch of sand at Oceanfront Park. QUICK TIP: make sure to check out the giant blue sea turtle sculpture and life-size chess board near the concession stand!



There is plenty of shops to check out along Congress Avenue corridor and Renaissance Commons. Check out Jaycee Park or stop by Gulfstream Park. You'll find easy access for canoes, kayaks and paddleboards as well as shaded picnic areas, playground, and areas to relax!



Getting Around:

Recommend walking, biking, uber/taxi/lyft, or even walking!



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a camera outside - point entrance of unit B, west side to monitor parking, southwest and southeast corner both facing south and east side, these aren't intended to record our guest but for security purposes.
