ABOUT THE RENTAL
The Creekside Condos at Boyne Mountain are located on some of the best skiing and snowboarding hills in the Midwest. Step off our patio onto Hildaā€™s Hideaway ski slope to the brand-new Disciples 8 chairlift. There is no need to leave the resort, but if youā€™re looking to venture out, youā€™re a short trip (15-30 minutes depending on which one you choose) to some very unique towns with more restaurants, breweries, shopping, and lakes!

This unit is professionally decorated and offers two spacious bedrooms. The primary bedroom, with a king bed and flat screen TV, has a private bath with an oversized tub and tiled shower. The second bedroom has two queen beds, flat screen TV, and its own bath just off the foyer. The living area has a two-way gas fireplace so youā€™re able to enjoy it inside and outside on the patio. The sofa folds out and can accommodate two people as well. The kitchen, with granite countertops, is fully equipped for you to show up and start cooking. There is plenty of space to eat inside with the dining table and bar stools and more space to expand outside to the patio furniture with a propane grill. The large private hot tub is an added bonus to use throughout your stay for some great relaxation just a step out the front door. If youā€™re looking for a great getaway in Northern Michigan, this is a perfect central location to so many possibilities!

Boyne offers renters an abundance of things to do all year round. Some activities are free to the public and others you will need to pay Boyne directly for their services. In the wairmer months you can enjoy bonfires at the main lodge, yard games, and join the many community activities that take place. Also, Boyne offers chairlift rides for a small fee throughout the summer and fall months for your viewing pleasures. When the snow flies, jump on the mountain for some of the best skiing, snowboarding, and cross-country skiing in the Midwest. Boyne Mountain Resort features an indoor water park that is fun for all ages! The village at the base of the mountan offers numerous restaurants, bars, and shops. Some of the dining options include Everett's, the Forty Acres Tavern, the Trophy Room Pub and Pizzeria, and Stein Eriksen's. Take a break from it all at The Spa at Boyne Mountain, which boasts 18 treatment rooms, lounges, saunas, steam rooms, a workout facility, and more. Spring Break Snowboard Trip

The Creekside Condo was a great space for our family of 4 which includes 2 teenagers. The kitchen was large and very well stocked with appliances, dishes, utensils, spices. There were some games to play and a smartTV to access apps to watch a movie at night. The living room furniture could be a bit comfier and provide a better layout to see the TV but we did spend our days at the mountain. The condo wasnā€™t ski-in/out since it was later in the season and many trails were closed, but we knew that was a risk. We did have an issue with a nonfunctioning hot tub when we got there, but it was fixed promptly the next day and we enjoyed it after a day of snowboarding. Overall, the condo was a great place to stay with attentive management.

Simply BEAUTIFUL! Location was great, easy to find and exudes winter wonderland vibes! Made great use of the fireplace and hot tub! Buying groceries and cooking our dinners was great for family time after a long day of skiing! My mother enjoyed staying in and watching skiers ride by throughout the day! We will be back!

Very spacious condo right on the slopes

The condo was as advertised! Very spacious with plenty of room for a family of four to spread out. The hot tub was hot and the fireplace emitted heat inside and out. There was no snow on the slop right by the condo but it was still a very short drive to the bottom on Disciple 8 chair lift (and you could just park on the side of the road right by it) or you could drive a little further to the main ski area which was also very close. This was our first time to Boyne Mtn and was a great experience. This is a bottom floor unit so you could hear the neighbors upstairs and could hear their plumbing from the primary bedroom, but it was not too bothersome. Recommend this place, especially if there is more snow! But without the snow I was able to hike right up Gracie's way to check out the top of the mountain without skis.

Mountain Bike Trip

This was our jumping-off point for an annual mountain bike trip. A number of great trail systems in the area, golf, and lots else to do. Hot tub was a bonus after a long bike ride. We've stayed at these condos a few times now, and this specific unit twice, and would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Creekside Condo. We were in Petoskey for a soccer tournament, and the location was perfect. We will stay here again for tournaments in the future!

Beautiful condo and great hot tub

Great location, high quality condo with comfortable beds. Only drawback is the door automatically locks, and it requires a key. We got locked out, because we stepped outside for the hot tub, and forgot. Traditionally whenever I see a house/door that automatically locks it will give you a key card or a code. Pretty small thing, just something to be aware of.

Boyne Mountain Getaway

Our family recently stayed 7 nights at Creekside. Danielle and everyone at Vacation Properties by Northern Michigan were great to work with! They were excellent at communicating and responding to any of our questions and the check-in/check-out process was so easy! The property itself was very clean but would benefit from a few cosmetic updates. The lighting is very poor in the master bedroom and bathroom. The carpet is a little dated and we noticed the paint peeling in a couple of spots on the walls. We loved the location of the property and the cute patio which was very private and quiet. I think if the inside could be updated a little bit it would go a long way. The condo is a very short drive to Deer Lake which we enjoyed quite a bit. Overall, we enjoyed our time here greatly.

Cozy and clean ski-in / ski-out property

Overall, we loved it. This was our first experience at Boyne and it was just so nice! Unit was clean and cozy inside, and the winter seasonal decor was charming. The ski in/out feature is so helpful and and the hot tub was a fantastic bonus - we will always look for these features from now on. Beds were comfy and cozy, sleeping pillows were plushy and soft which I prefer. Kitchen was well appointed. Would book here again! Little suggestions would be - update some of the furniture and wall paint throughout, as its starting to look dated. Iron bar stools were a bit uncomfortable to sit in. Otherwise, we will book again if we see it available! Thank you for a great stay.

Nice placeā€¦ not really big but only a 2 bed2bath. Missing some kitchen necessities. Ran out of TPā€¦only one extra roll for 3 daysšŸ™. No laundry soap. Only 2 small garbage bags. Just little things like thatā€¦overall a great getaway but these little things prevented me from giving 5 stars. Boyne is a great area,ā€”obviously a big ski mecca, but still lots to do in the summer.

The place was very clean and cozy! They have everything you need at VBRO. Fireplace and hot tub were awesome! The run backing up to the condo was not open, so no ski/ski out this weekend. But everything was wonderful!

Great location for a ski trip

We came here to ski at Boyne Mountain. The condo was perfect for the trip. Very clean and spacious, like the comfort of home. We made frequent use of the hot tub, very nice after a day of skiing. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

Clean and comfy

The property was very clean. As described, if not a little bigger than we expected. For a lower unit, it didnā€™t feel ā€œbasementyā€ like weā€™ve felt staying in a Disciples lower unit. The ceilings were high and the finishes throughout were very nice. The kids enjoyed the large tub and shower. Everyone enjoyed the indoor/outdoor fireplace that was easy to turn on/off. Plenty of kitchen and dining space. We had a 6-person table and chairs. There were also thoughtful details throughout, like nightlights and boot trays and a boot warmer. Our only complaint was that the visitors upstairs were loud one night (we think it was the night they arrived and were excited and burning off energy). The kids upstairs were running, jumping, and yelling and kept us awake until past midnight. They also splashed water out of their hot tub over the edge of their balcony and onto our walkway, which froze over night. Luckily the rest of our visit they were much more quiet and there was also a bucket of salt outside the unit we were able to use where the walkway had frozen over. We would choose to stay here again. In the future, we would probably bring sleds because there is a very nice gradual slope right outside the back of the unit.
