Casas de Férias em Boyne Falls, MI

"Unfortunately, this was not the rental experience we were expecting. Upon arrival at the cottage, Amazon boxes were all over the inside of the cottage - on the floor, etc. An open TV was lying down on the kitchen table as if it needed to be installed. It did not appear the home had been tidied up in some time. The listing mentions A/C; however, it is not central air, but window units, of which there are only two, which do not fully cool the home and all of the bedrooms. Upon arrival,...

"Great place to stay, perfect for what we needed and so grateful that it was pet friendly."

"Perfect location for family fun."

"The house is exactly as described, perfect for families with children. The host is extremely detailed and there are so many amenities that make this place a definite go to for your upper Michigan retreat"

"We had no issues checking in and just stayed for one night while passing through so it was what we needed it to be. However it was very different from what we expected… we expected a condo or multi unit house while this was basically an old store they turned into a living space. The layout was very weird and there is one set of stairs that takes you up high to a second level with more rooms. There were no amenities whatsoever (coffee, cookware, etc) but towels and bedding were satisfactory....

"I’ve stayed at several different condos in the Boyne Mountain resort, and this was the best by far. It was updated, clean, and comfortable. I plan on staying here in the future."

"Was very disappointed with the state of this home! We walked into a strong musty smell, there was dust on everything, crumbs on the kitchen table in the basement, cobwebs everywhere and black mold in every shower and sink. Not one of us would take a shower because of how bad the mold was! They also had the fire alarms removed? I would definitely be hiring a new cleaning service if I was them, as someone who cleans homes for a living I can tell you that is completely unacceptable. Really...

"Lots of room for 14 guest to sleep and having 4 bathrooms was great for our group of girls! Great communication with host and everything was as expected. Thank you!"

"Great Location! "

"Beautiful house and property."

"Amazing place"

"Great location to downtown, everything is walkable. The property is beautiful and has everything you would need! It’s approximately 15-30 mins from the Boyne Mountain depending on road conditions. GPS said 45-60 to Boyne highlands. "

"Very responsiveGreat location Would book again"

"This beautiful cozy townhome was the perfect space for my husband and I. We only used the main floor, and it was a great space for us. Very peaceful sitting in the woods and looking out over the lake. Still close to town for restaurants, shopping and golf courses. It was a relaxing vacation to end the summer."

"Good communication from the host and great location"
