With room for up to 11 guests, two game rooms, a fully fenced backyard, and comfortable gathering spaces, you'll have everything you need for an unforgettable Northern Michigan vacation.

Start your morning with coffee from the Keurig or drip coffee maker before strolling downtown for breakfast, shopping, or the farmers market. Spend the afternoon at Lake Charlevoix's beach and marina, hike Avalanche Preserve, or make the short drive to Boyne Mountain. When the day winds down, fire up the gas grill, enjoy dinner together, and relax around the fire pit while the kids and dogs play safely in the fenced backyard.

Inside, everyone has space to spread out. The garage game room features both a pool table and air hockey, while the indoor game room includes an Xbox for even more family fun. Four Smart TVs and fast Wi-Fi make it easy to stream your favorite shows, catch the big game, or stay connected if work calls.

The home is thoughtfully equipped for larger groups, with a fully stocked kitchen, seating for six in the kitchen plus a separate dining room that seats eight, two full bathrooms, five comfortable bedrooms, and a convenient mudroom with a washer and dryer. Window air-conditioning units in the bedrooms and living areas help keep the home comfortable during the warmer months.

We do allow pets for an additional fee. Please inquire as to our pet policy. Bringing pets without contacting us may result in a cancelation of your reservation and keeping of your security deposit.

Guests are supplied with a starter set of the following: coffee, filters, paper towel, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, bathroom trash bags, and laundry soap in some properties that have in unit laundry. If you run out during your stay there is a local grocery store where you can purchase more.
