"We drove up to the house, noticing a couple of torn window screens and some rain-soaked paper hanging off the mailbox. We had to ring the doorbell a couple of times before we heard a voice from the intercom. They had difficulty hearing us, asked whether we were staying that day or the next (it was supposed to be both), and then replied, "Oh. Wait a minute." Many minutes passed and no one came to the door. We can only imagine that we caught the host off guard. We double-checked our rental dates....

"House is in need of updating, electrical covers missing, dirty bathrooms "hair " in sinks, showers etc. T.V.'s in all rooms but most didnt work, ants crawling up kitchen cabinets. I could go on but you get the idea. Way overpriced for what it is and i should get money back for a miserable experience."

"We had a great stay. Everything in this house seemed to be brand new. The furniture was comfortable and it had lots of amenities. The only thing was that sound from the attached house seemed to travel. It sounds almost like you're in the same room. Nothing too bad, it just made us worry we were being too loud. "

The host provided clean and comfortable bedding, towels, and toiletries. The location was perfect and convenient to all major highways, with plenty of parking. "

"First, Christina and Emilio are excellent hosts. So nice! And there are lots of little touches that make staying nicer. Such as bandaids in the bathroom when I cut my arm and k-cups for morning coffee. Great communication and very friendly. The neighborhood is great and I felt completely safe. We had a friend come pick us up for dinner and he was so impressed with the neighborhood we chose, having lived in DC for a bit and knowing the area. Thank You, Jesus, for that - we had no idea where to...

"There was 4 adults that needed a place to stay for the sheep and wool festival, and this gem was about 16 miles away.. The condo has all the amenities needed , 2 queen beds and a King size bed, which is rare! The entire place was clean, comfortable, and had a wonderful balcony to sit outside and relax. You are close to places to eat and there is a Giant food store, target and other stores nearby! The host was amazing! I left my cold tumbler there, and he sent it back to me!! The whole booking...

"Spacious and clean in a great location. Quiet neighborhood. Yard space right outside the door for our dog and a nearby walking trail. I read a previous review that there isn’t temperature control in this unit but with the space heater provided and the extra blankets I brought it was fine. There is also a ceiling fan if you need it to be a little cooler. The host responded quickly with any questions. "
