"Solo estuve 2 noches. El cuarto tenía olor a humedad aunque se veía limpio. Utilicé lavadora y secadora en las facilidades y funcionaron bien. El desayuno fue muy bueno. Los alrededores estaban limpios y me pareció un área segura. La ubicación es buena pues cuenta con lugares para comer a los que puedes acceder caminando. En nuestro caso, fuimos al restaurante Roma y fue exquisito. En términos generales, estuvo bien, pero tienen aspectos que pueden mejorar."

"This hotel does not care about their guests ! I made a purchase on lime to be delivered at the hotel and informed them ,on my reservation, that I was sending the purchase to the hotel, my purchase arrived at the hotel, was recieved and signed by one of their employees, and they just can´t find my purchase ! And worse, I am not seeing any effort from them to resolve the issue ! I am very disappointed with the way management at this hotel is handling this issue. "
