Where will I be?

Merrigang Cottage is a located just outside the centre of Bowral. Bradman Oval, Museum and the International Cricket Hall of Fame are within walking distance, or a short drive away, as are Corbett Gardens, shops, cafes and restaurants are also close by.

Relax with a book by the wood fireplace in the beautiful living room, or unwind with a movie on the smart TV. The modern, well-equipped kitchen is perfect for demonstrating your culinary skills, the results of which can be enjoyed at one of the indoor or outdoor dining areas. Enjoy drinks or unwind with your friends and family in one of the sun-drenched outdoor entertaining areas.

How is the property laid out?

Merrigang Cottage is a 2 story home. On the ground floor you have the lounge, with its beautiful fireplace, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a microwave, dishwasher and gas cooktop. A queen bedroom is also on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with king bed and ensuite, and two more bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The main bathroom has a free standing bath, shower and toilet. There is an additional powder room downstairs.

Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV will I have it?

This property provides complimentary Wi-Fi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. The property has two smart TVs, however please bring your own account details to login.

Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can 100% guarantee that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If internet access is important to you, please have a backup plan.

What about outdoors?

Merrigang Cottage has two fantastic outdoor entertaining areas. Enjoy dining outside, under the umbrella on the patio, or relax on the outdoor lounges. The spacious garden overlooks a field and makes you feel like you are a million miles away from town! There is a great, level lawn area that is perfect for kids to play on.

Staying warm or keeping cool?

Merrigang Cottage has hydronic heating throughout to keep you warm in the winter, as well as a fireplace in the living area. The downstairs bedroom has reverse cycle air conditioning.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

High quality sheets and bath towels are provided at Merrigang Cottage.

Parking for cars, etc?

There is open air parking for multiple cars on the gravel drive.

Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

Sorry, Merrigang Cottage is not a pet friendly property.

What are the minimum stay rules?

Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
Easter: 4 nights
Long Weekends: 3 nights
All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Summer Season rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
