The staff was extremely friendly. My only complaint is that we got snowed in and couldn’t extend our stay because the hotel was sold out.
So we had to leave in the middle of a weather event. "

"Chegamos 01 de agosto, muito quente e a piscina estava fechada para manutenção. Não havia aviso algum no site e quando eu fiz a reserva procurei por um estabelecimento que tivesse piscina para meus filhos. A Limpeza do quarto tb deixa a desejar. Apesar de ter piso de vinílico e não de carpete (o que eu gostei), estava sujo. Quarto amplo, camas boas e chuveiro tb. Café com boas opções; tal como anunciado. Atendentes cordiais."
