"We really enjoyed this community, and this place would have been perfect for a shorter stay. Some of the pics were dark, and I believe it said it was a 1 bedroom. While the king size bed was amazingly comfortable, this was a studio--the couch was right next to the bed. There also wasn't a kitchen--there is a hot plate that is stored in the cabinet and the refrigerator is dorm size."

"This condo is located in the beautiful "Little Harbor" of Ruskin Florida. The entire complex is very well taken care of. Lovely views all around. It is a 2nd floor unit without elevator. Air conditioning works well & is quiet. Pleasant smelling unit. Large wall mount TV with great picture. Wi-Fi great reception. Plenty of outlets to plug your laptop and phones in. Very bright light coming in the wall of windows at night, there are blinds, but they don't fit edge to edge. Bathtub stopper...

"Our stay was everything we’d hoped for from the lovely condo to the gorgeous amenities—we had everything we needed to relax & enjoy. Danielle- the owner was so communicative - she made us feel welcome & kept in touch. We highly recommend this lovely condo. Don’t forget the 18 hole golf courses—they are challenging but fair."

The carpets in the bedrooms were soiled, there was mold in bathrooms, crumbs under the cushions of the sofa and under the sofa, lanai cushions that were soiled and bath towels on the racks that were frayed among other things. "The townhouse was clean and welcoming when we arrived. All of the rooms are very comfortable and homey. The property includes many amenities that made our month-long stay fun and relaxing. Highly recommend this property!"

"This condo is a converted hotel with a small kitchen and bathroom. It also has EVERYTHING you need to enjoy your time at the beach and resort. Claudia is an excellent host and very responsive to needs. My time of refresh and renew was exactly what I needed. I will be back for sure!"

"First of all, Mark is the best landlord/ manager EVER! I rented many VRBOs, hands down this is my favorite. Mark is quick to respond and super efficient. The condo itself is so comfortable, clean, very inviting. I played all the courses in the vicinity, and Lakewood NATIONAL is the MOST fun, well kept and challenging (Piper). I would definitely recommend this unit! I am coming back for sure!!!"

"We had a great 2 month stay at River Strand. Jay was an excellent host & very responsive. Condo was well equipped. Beautiful lanai overlooking the Estuary golf course and large pond/lake. Birds were plentiful and we loved sitting out looking at the wildlife. Great golf (although pricey) and Pickleball. Satellite pool very close and nice. Highly recommend this lovely condo."
