"I had a long day flying and came into my room and immediately went to sleep. When I woke up the next morning and went to use the sink in the shower there was hair all over the sink and bathtub that was not mine. It was disgusting and when I asked the woman on duty about it, she said that I needed to call back on Friday to speak to the manager."

"Pros The facility is new, clean, and close to the airport. The buffet is satisfying and the weekend lady attendant at the buffet is very sweet and helpful and cheerful. Parking is plentiful and there are restaurants, stores and fast food nearby. Cons- the walls are paper-thin. We heard everyone and everything. We could hear one neighbor on a zoom call and literally understood everything he said. We could hear housekeeping in the hallway and another neighbor’s tv show and we could even tell...

"This was the worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. No room housekeeping. 1 day out of 7. Had to go down to get clean towels because no one ever brought them to me. Breakfast was so-so. Not the normal at other Hampton Inns. I DID NOT GET HILTON POINTS FOR THIS STAY FROM HILTON. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN AND I WOULD SUGGEST ANYONE INTERESTED GO TO THE HILTON GARDEN INN NEXT DOOR!"

"Went for breakfast and every table was dirty and the food counter. Worker was too busy on her phone and eating in the kitchen. Workers from the construction site are housed here and parking is crazy. We’ve stayed here many times but now it’s time to find a new place. Area has gotten well overdeveloped."

"The thing that was good there was the ladies in the restaurant for breakfast. They were very nice and very helpful. But don’t pay the higher price for breakfast. It’s all the same. They really need to update. The place carpets are very stained and dirty. Coming into the place to register needs a major paint job it’s like they’re just letting it go. They said there’s a pool there but they have no instructions or tell you nothing about where the pool is or nothing. They said you can order room...

"Our room was okay. However, the shower gel was empty. Couldn’t even get a squirt out of it. Maid service was only every three days, which was fine but on the third day, all they did was empty the trash and put fresh towels in the room. Didn’t make the bed, shower gel wasn’t filled. The “free” breakfast was a joke."

O café da manhã é simples mas honesto (pães- de forma, bagel, cupcake industrial, pão doce), iogurte, frutas (2 tipos), sucos artificiais, café e leite, chás), se solicitar fazem waffle e pancake, O quarto é bem amplo e confortável. Ar condicionado autoajustável. Não repuseram lenço de papel e sabonete líquido. "

"O hotel é muito bom, quarto confortável e staff muito simpático. Para se hospedar nesse hotel é aconselhável que se esteja de carro, pois é bem afastado do centro da cidade e o transporte público deixa a desejar. Apesar de ser próximo ao aeroporto, não se ouve o barulho dos aviões."
