"Great location and interesting layout in this historic house. It was the perfect respite for our stay before our puffin tour the next day and close to town for a concert on the common and restaurants. Note : to access one of the bedrooms you need to go through the bathroom, but it worked out fine. Dmitri was super communicative and was kind enough to let us know we left a pair of shoes there after we departed. "The property was as advertised. Though we only stayed one night, we enjoyed the peaceful evening and morning, and enjoyed taking the kayak/paddle board out on the lake.House was very clean and the owner was very responsive to our questions both before booking and during our stay."

"This was a perfect slice of heaven. The peaceful sound of nature along side the beauty of the outdoors.Just far enough away to feel like you are hours away from a store but in reality it’s really only 10 minutes away. We will definitely be returning. "

"Check in was easy. The kitchen was extremely well stocked down to a lobster pot to our delight.The setting is beautiful and we very much enjoyed the two level deck. There is a bit of a hike to get to the river. All and all a very peaceful relaxing location. We had 9 adults and 4 children and were very comfortable."

"This cozy cottage is in the beautiful town of Phippsburg, next to the break-taking beach of Popham State Park. With its site on the ocean shore, the sound of waves soothes your soul, and the beach lends all kinds of opportunities for exploring both at low tide and high tide. Our host and hostess were very responsive to our needs, and my daughter and I greatly enjoyed out stay."

"This home is situated on a quiet street, but within a half-mile walking distance to the shops, restaurants, and puffin cruise piers. The house is comfortable and well-equipped, with several nice extras. The house was very clean when we arrived. The location is perfect, and we enjoyed sitting outside by the cove."
