On the ground floor there is a modern living room and a comfy dining area with an inspiring view outdoors. At the top level of the villa is found a fully equipped kitchen, along with a dining area and a cozy living room. The villa owns a flat screen with satellite channels and free Wi-Fi access. Outdoors, guests will find their private swimming pool and a heated jacuzzi where they can rest on their stylish sunbeds and benefit from the sun and the remarkable view. The Villa is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden where the guests can enjoy an outdoor BBQ with the loved ones. The Faliraki is quite popular for its night life but if you prefer a tranquil evening with your company theres a furnished balcony where you can enjoy a fine wine and the starry sky.

The property is situated in Faliraki where visitors can find whatever they please such as super markets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants and car rentals in an only 10 minute walk. In a walking distance of 15 minutes visitors will find Faliraki beach which is quite popular to all the sports enthusiasts. In a 5 minute drive visitors will find Anthony Quinn and Ladiko which are worth your visit so you can admire from up close the emerald waters of the island. Also, visitors should explore the Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage, in a distance of about a 30 drive away from the villa. The islands airport is found in the distance of a 25 minute drive. The villa is also just a 40 minute drive away from a south part of the island, Lindos. Lindos Acropolis is the most impressive archaeological site of Rhodes and has the most stunning beaches.
