Modern villa with heated swimming pool and breathtaking view

Villa Bellona is a recently built modern design villa facing south. The villa is open and light, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful view all day long.
Villa Bellona has four bedrooms, all for two people with built-in wardrobes and can accommodate up to eight guests. The villa has an outdoor parking space for three cars at street level.

When you enter the house you are surrounded by light that comes from everywhere. When you enter the hall you immediately have the opportunity to view the living room downstairs, the terrace, the fantastic view and the surroundings. The living room has a two-storey ceiling and many windows.

On the ground floor there are two large bedrooms, both with king-size beds (1.80 m x 2 m). Both bedrooms have their own bathroom, each with a rain shower. A staircase leads down from the ground floor to the living room. The functional living room has a comfortable couch, two armchairs, a table with seats for eight people and some accessories for your entertainment such as SONOS Music System (access to unlimited music via Wireless Sonos Players), Apple TV (including Netflix, access to iTunes and games) ), TV with internet access via MacMini (surfing the internet, e-mail, etc ...) and an XBOX (one game console with games).

The villa has a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a central cooking island. From the living room or the kitchen you have access to the terrace. The terrace is divided into two parts, one part is close to the kitchen. Here is a comfortable and large table for eight people. The second part of the terrace is by the heated swimming pool where you can relax.

On the next floor there are two bedrooms with two single beds (0.90 m x 2 m) that are next to each other. Here you will also find a bathroom with a rain shower. You also have a beautiful view from these bedrooms. On this floor there is also a room with washing machine and dryer. To keep fit during your vacation you can use the gym where you can lift weights (kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells and bench), Pilates balls, TRX tires, jump ropes and boxing gloves. From this floor you have access to another terrace where there is a small garden around the house where you can barbecue.

The villa has WiFi with routers on every floor, so your internet connection is guaranteed everywhere in the house. There is air conditioning (cold and hot) in the bedrooms, living areas and kitchen.

The community where this villa is located has a recreational area. Guests can use the communal tennis court, swimming pool, children's pool, soccer field and playground free of charge.

The beach, restaurants and shops are within a 15-minute drive. If you want a day out then there is much to see and do: the ski resort of the Sierra Nevada, where you can also enjoy hiking, is less than 75 minutes away. For example, where can you ski in the morning (from November to April) and go to the beach in the afternoon? The picturesque mountain villages of Las Alpujarras are close by, as well as the beautiful cities of Granada and Malaga.

The costs for heating the pool to 28 degrees are:
October 1 to April 30: 175 euros per week
May 1 to September 30: 125 euros per week
The costs for heating from 28 degrees are 25 euros per degree per week
