There were makeup wipes, dry shampoo etc stocked in the bathroom, washer and dryer with washing liquids provided. Messages and updates from the property regarding restaurant and sight seeing suggestions. It really was the little things that made a big difference!

Location can’t be beat! Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and main street. Love the view and it’s spaciousness and all its amenities. All the tips in the binder were very helpful. The hosts were very accommodating! Would definitely stay here again!

There is a lot to love about this apartment. The location is excellent--you can reach the main attractions of Reykjavik on foot, and you can see beautiful sunrises and sunsets right from the private balcony. The cooking facilities are good, with lots of cookware, dishes, glasses, cutlery, etc. so you can cook proper meals. The owners have clearly put a lot of effort into finer details so the flat feels spacious and homey. It was well-cleaned, and the beds were some of the best beds I have ever slept in (nice and firm, but with a bit of a pillow top so you get support with just the right amount of cushioning). It was a good location for getting out and seeing the sights, but also would have been a very comfortable place to just hide out on a rainy day. Comfortable seating options in the living room and dining room, all nicely furnished.
