Bedrooms: Each bedroom is fully furnished with new mattresses and bedding. The master bedroom includes a queen size bed, desk with mirror, chair, and closet. It has an adjacent full bath. The second bedroom offers a twin size trundle bed with dresser, mirror, chair, and closet.

Kitchen & Dining: The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances plus utensils, dishes, pots/pans, etc. The separate dining room seats 5 and is adjacent to the kitchen.

Living Room: The cozy living room includes 2 comfy leather coaches; one is an electric recliner. It has a brand new flat screen TV with internet access and a DVD player.

Bathrooms: The full bathroom next to the master bedroom includes a shower/bath tub combo. There is a half bath next to the living room and second bedroom.

Accessibility: The house is one story; the front and back door have steps to access the doors. Indoors, there is a step between the kitchen and dining room area.

Security: The front door has smart lock deadbolt with a custom code unique to each renter. The back door has a storm door latch and handle lock (no key). There are 2 outdoor security cameras monitoring the house access points. One is pointed at the front door; the other is pointed at the back door.
