House with 2 floors, townhouse, closed street, family atmosphere, large environments, built with quality material, long pool near a semi-Olympic, barbecue, 5 suites for up to 12 people (plus 2 additional for another 4 additional people on demand and separate values), ample living space on the 2 floors and the ground floor is more focused on the living environment and the upper one is primarily focused on rest.
The downstairs living area provides a great setting for family reunions and groups of friends, as well as suitable for EVENTS given the pool area that brings in a cool and bright environment, ideal for poolside photos and celebrations or sitting as a group in an integrative environment by the shape of the location around the pool.
Garage for 2 small cars and 3 others can park in front of the house.
Full day rate system always starting and ending at 8 am
Kitchenette is included, and bedroom and bath trims (face and bath towels) on demand with extra charge. Pillows available.
