This 1-bedroom apartment is perfect for no frills guests. Private patio and entrance ,The apartment was built in the 80s so no high tech features therefore basic but functional .The main bedroom is equipped with two single beds that can be pushed together to make a king sized bed size . Guests will enjoy an extra twin mattress ,set on a folding bed structure, making it easy to relax or accommodate a friend. The living room space is equally furnished with a dining table and outdoor two seater chair .A Fire TV with many international channels are already set up. You can enjoy movie, documentaries ,series, sports and keep abreast of international affairs .Netflix and Prime however are not set up, therefore you would have to log in to your account to assess these streaming platforms.The kitchen has the basic necessities to cook and which leads to a side garden area which is accessible through the kitchen door .There is a single bathroom to keep things simple and convenient. Air conditioning and ceiling fan ,whichever is your preference, to keep everyone cool.The apartment is entirely screened ( windows and screen door )therefore no unwanted insects to disrupt your relaxation time indoors. At times there are green parrots and most days humming birds outside , as some parrots must fly over from the Graeme Hall Nature Sanctuary , which is not far from the property, At the moment ,in February, it is mango season, so you will surely see the local green monkeys passing by on the outdoor walls, as they pick mangoes from the tree that is behind the property .They fear humans so they run away if you go near them.
