Villa Happiness is a newly renovated villa with a brand new outdoor swimming pool and a lovely courtyard. It is located just a 10-minute walk away from Rawai Beach where there are many restaurants
and bars and also where boats are available for excursions to the various beautiful islands nearby. Its location is ideal indeed: far enough to enjoy the quiet but close enough not to be inconvenienced.

The villa comes with brand new furniture including a sofa, a 75-inch flat screen smart TV, a dining table, a coffee table right by the pool and is fitted with a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and all the necessary utensils. An outdoor dining/barbecue area is also available. The two airconditioned bedrooms feature large beds, wardrobes, and makeup tables. The large bathroom accommodates a spacious walk-in shower with a waterfall shower head and two shower heads. Guests are welcomed to use the laundry area and washing machine without charge. Free wifi is also available throughout the property.
