Modern and upgraded, our home is your home away from home. We have three large bedrooms. the Master offers a king bed and the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms offer Queen beds. We have both a daily and living area for seating. A two car garage is available for parking and a long driveway for additional parking. Our home is outfitted with the latest Fiber Optic connection. Televisions in each room. Lightning fast connection for work with a desk and display monitor. Beautiful outdoor pool with large backyard overlooking lake area. Fire-pit and seating outside. The home features tile and wood like flooring. No carpet. Fully equipped kitchen, I even provide the basics upon arrival. Two coffee makers, the main with direct water connection for coffee, any time of day. Outdoor grill allows you to cook and eat outside. We offer 4 bikes and beach equipment for use during your stay. We have a minimum 30 day rental (HOA rule), you can stay for a shorter period of time but the rental requires payment of a month minimum, 4 month maximum. Easily ride bikes to the beach. Shopping and dining in Mercato (walkable), shoppes at Vanderbilt, supermarkets and entertainment very close. This is a gated community with 24 hour guard protection.
