Kongo Dream Villa is ideally located on the second row from the ocean, offering
partial ocean views from the compound and just a 5-minute walk to the beach. This
spacious property accommodates up to 8 guests comfortably.

Layout and Amenities

Downstairs:
Two air-conditioned bedrooms sharing one bathroom and toilet.

Upstairs:
Open, well-ventilated lounge area (fans only) with one shower (no toilet; use
downstairs facilities). Ample space for daytime relaxation and nighttime sleeping.

All bedrooms feature mosquito nets and provided linens.
The villa is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, toaster, fridge/deep freezer,
water heater (jack jerry), water dispenser, microwave, iron, and running water
throughout the rooms, kitchen, and swimming pool.
Outdoor dining seats 6 guests; indoor dining seats 4. A swimming pool adjoins the
kitchen, with dedicated sections for children and adults.
Close doors/windows during use and switch off when rooms are unoccupied to
conserve energy.

Directions:
Follow Diani Beach Road north to the Kongo River. At the end of the tarmac,
continue straight on the unpaved road toward the river. On your left, pass two large
modern villas; take the road between them (guarded by security). Kongo Dream is
the third house on the right.
Check-In/Check-Out
Check-in: From 3:00 PM (early arrival subject to availability, please notify us in
advance).
Check-out: By 11:00 AM.
House Rules and Services

Cleaning:
Kitchen and bathrooms cleaned every third day, with fresh towels and linens given
out. Daily cleaning or extra linens: US$ 7.00/day (paid directly to host). Laundry
service: US$ 13.00.

Getting Around:
You may rent a bicycle, a tuk-tuk or even a car. The nearest hotel is Jacaranda
Beach Resort, which is 150 metres away.

On-Site Staff:
Gardener and pool cleaner access via back entrance to maintain the grounds and
pool.

Monkeys:
Playful monkeys frequent the area, charming but mischievous. Keep kitchen doors
closed, food secured, and do not feed them to avoid encouraging visits.
