The apartment is on the first floor of a two family house.
It is also ideal for large groups.

In one bedroom there is a large double bed (200 x 200 cm) and a sofa bed for one or two people.
In the other bedroom there is a large double bed.
In the living room there are two sofa beds (140 x 200) for one or two people each.

In the house, a second, almost identical, also about 100 square meter apartment is rented so that a total of up to 19 people can live here.

The house is detached on a plot of 800 square meters in a garden with old trees. Free parking is available on the property and nearby on the street.

Restaurants, bakery, banks, etc. are within easy walking distance. In the cafe of the bakery you can also have very nice and cozy breakfast.

It takes 2-3 minutes to walk to the Schwaig Bahnhof S-Bahn station. The S-Bahn takes you to the main train station in 12 minutes or the trade fair in 25 minutes.
The highway is 3-4 minutes by car (Nürnberg-Mögeldorf junction).
