"We found this place to be a perfect little home base for exploring The Cotswolds by public transport and foot. It's just steps from the village center but, being tucked up at the end of a quiet lane, feels quiet and secluded. It's right on the Monarch's Way public footpath, affording access to almost unlimited walks to nearby villages, farms, historic sites and areas of natural beauty. Bus service in the area is very good, and the train station at Moreton in Marsh is a 30 minute bus ride away....

"We had a perfect stay at the Strozzi Palace in Cheltenham. The building is very well located, close to the High Street, shops and restaurants, but yet at a tranquil and silent comer of the city. In the comfort and peace of this hut in this location, I was able to write nearly 10,000 words, unheard of in my everyday busy life at home! "I booked this apartment for my family of 4 on the day and because we were so caught up in our trip we forgot to notify the host. We arrived in the evening and despite us not having given them a heads up first, the apartment was sorted and in impeccable state. The bed was extremely comfortable, kitch and bathroom very clean. "We arrived a little early and greeted by Pauline who is extremely welcoming and friendly. Our suite (Tailors) was ready and we were able to check in. Everything was immaculate, including the lovely garden which has plenty of seating. Thoughtful provision of milk, orange juice, water, biscuits plus teas and coffee was very welcome after a long journey. Location to the characterful town of Woodstock is perfect, just a few minutes stroll and you are amongst the shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants....

"What a lovely place to stay! Watching the horses coming and going a bonus. Such a beautiful quirky cottage. Clean, comfy and spacious for a couple and our two dogs. The hot tub was a lovely treat after long dog walks.. Hook Norton and Swalcliffe visits a must. Pubs are so lovely and dog friendly. The land around the riding school great for the dogs too. Caroline the host very friendly a lovely lady. "
