Hi Priscilla, it’s unfortunate you didn’t enjoy your time in Bournemouth and your stay with us. We tried to make you feel welcome and even microwaved your left over MacDonalds for you in the morning at your request. Just to clarify, you booked the budget single room (not executive). There is nothing wrong with the lights. The external bathroom is 2m outside your room and has a window and an extractor fan. Sorry to say, your honestly is questionable.

Hi Antonis, we are sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We take all feedback seriously. We checked the mattress and its condition is fine. Usually our guests love our orthopedic mattresses, so we can only assume its a matter of personal preference. You stayed with us for 2 nights. If you had informed us after the first night we could have perhaps provided you with a different mattress or a bed comforter?
