"The cottage has a open plan, it had a large stunning wood burning stove ,with wood mantelpiece and bricks, Kitchen with a island table with plenty cupboards space , with pots and pans , Dishes glasses, oven, microwave, hob coffee maker ,toaster and a kettle, Kings size bed ,two bedrooms both with ensuite bathroom, dining area They have thought of everything, from cleaning materials to towels hoover and floor mop , place is impeccable very clean , welcome basket with wine and biscuits. "Front door is 5 yards from busy A43. Contacted owner for key code Friday am for Friday stay did not reply till 14.21 Sunday. Builders next door Hammering just after 7 Saturday and Monday. Cover on front bed filthy. Toilet seat not attached correctly. No logs provided for log burner or tools. Welcome pack not as advertised no wine no milk no eggs no crisps small loaf. Outside area no parasols cushions left outside dirty and cigarette burn, and a broken chair. Broken glass in cupboard. Very noisy...
