Apartment "Chez Gaston" with Garden

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis, surrounded by a beautiful garden. You will stay in an independent two-bedroom apartment within a large house, with the first breakfast included. Additional breakfasts are available on request for an extra charge.



The accommodation, fully independent, features two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, as well as two toilets, one of which is a macerator toilet to be used only with toilet paper. The kitchen is fully equipped, and bed linen as well as towels are provided for your comfort. A baby cot can be provided free of charge upon prior request (please confirm before your arrival by phone message).



The house is divided into four independent units. If you rent the entire property, up to 17 people can be accommodated. You will have access to a large shared veranda with a lounge area and a gym equipped with a treadmill, exercise bike, and rowing machine, accessible from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. The garden, shared with other guests, offers garden furniture, a pergola, sun loungers, a plancha grill, and children's games.



Free parking spaces are available on the street. It is also possible to rent a parking space in the enclosed courtyard, on request and subject to an extra fee.



You will benefit from a private entrance with your own key and a key box for easy arrival. For your safety, the exterior is equipped with a video surveillance system. Please always lock your accommodation and the veranda when leaving the premises.



The accommodation is ideally located on the Compostela trail, five minutes from the marshes and the IUT, and ten minutes from the city center.
