Spacious 3 bedrooms apartment, 10 people duplex facing Aiguille Rouge

Conscious of the sanitary uncertainties for winter 2020/2021 we offer a flexible cancellation policy and will, as we did last winter, refund bookings in full should the resort not operate. The appartement is cleaned professionally after each booking.

This 3 bedroom duplex apartment is on the fourth and fifth floor of Sources de Marie, has a great habitable surface area of 76m2 set over two floors, and allows the apartment to sleep 8/9 in comfort (without using the sofa in the living room).
The flat has 3 bedrooms: 2 double-room and one large room with a bunk bed + 2 single beds to accommodate 8 people in rooms. The bunk bed also has a trundle bed, in case you are 2 families including 5 children, this allows to accommodate a total of 9 people in the 3 bedrooms.
In addition, the living room sofa is also convertible into a double bed.

The large living room has a sitting area with fireplace and access to the balcony, and a dining & kitchen area. The apartment has two bathrooms (a shower and a bath) and 3 toilets including 2 separate.

The apartment is fully equipped, including Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine accessible in the residence, TV with YouTube and a subscription to Netflix as well as access to a range of local and international channels. We have our own broadband subscription, with good bandwidth allowing to work remotely or stream video.
On arrival you will find beds made, linen (small and large towels, bathrobes, slippers for each guest) and a grocery and maintenance home welcome-kit.

Our duplex offers an open view on the roofs of the resort and the panorama of the Aiguille Rouge with amazing colors at sunset and sunrise.

Free of charge access to the sauna and jacuzzi inside the residence, and to the outdoor heated pool of the neighboring residence Manoir de Savoie. In addition, the Deep Nature SPA is located in the basement of the residence (extra charge).

Les Arcs 1950 is a completely pedestrian resort. The apartment is close to all shops, ski schools (ESF and Spirit), and right in front of the Cariboo creche and club. Ski-in-ski-out apartment.

The Paradiski ski area is the largest in Europe, with 425 km of pistes of all levels, making the resort both family and sports -friendly. The domain includes the resorts Les Arcs, Peisey-Vallandry and La Plagne. Possibility to take Les Arcs only, or Paradiski Package.
