We welcome you to this former 19th-century family hunting lodge, completely renovated in 2023 with quality materials. It's the perfect setting for organizing all kinds of events with family or friends! Ideal for families with children.

On the ground floor, there is a large, very comfortable living room with a sofa bed, a very large, fully equipped kitchen, as well as a shower room and separate toilet.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with two queen-size double beds (160x200cm) and four single beds (80x200cm). A shower room with a separate toilet. A high-quality double sofa bed is located in the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped.

Numerous board games (Mölki cards), several pétanque courts.

A charcoal BBQ is available year-round with an optional 20L of charcoal (€15), made in France. (Order one week before arrival.)
Towels are available as an option for €3.50 each.
Pets must be registered at the time of booking; the rate is €15 per stay.
A travel cot is available free of charge on site (sheets not provided).

Visit Guédelon, a historic medieval construction site with a magnificent park and numerous workshops for children (tree climbing, playgrounds, go-karting, paintball).

3 km away, visit the 15th-century Château de Buranlure. The vineyards of Sancerre and Pouilly-sur-Loire (visit and wine tasting with the winemakers and the famous Crottins de Chavignol) are 15 km away. Also consider Gien and its museum, and Briare with the famous canal bridge built by Eiffel.

• By train: 1 hour 45 minutes from Paris with 4 direct trains per day. Cosne-sur-Loire train station is a 20-minute walk away.
• On foot: restaurants, a Carrefour supermarket, and numerous shops are 5 minutes away. Markets are open on Sundays and Wednesdays.
• Parking is available on site.

The house is located on the road to Cosne Island, in the opposite direction from the Aquadis Loisirs campsite, and just behind the Cosne Bannay Canoe-Kayak Club.
