Home offers modern kitchen with granite countertops and 1 push espressos, gorgeous dining room with bar, front sitting room with pellet stove and media/library room in addition to the 3 bedrooms and 2 full bath. Secure WiFi as well as Cable and Apple TV where you can stream net flix or movies from your computer.

Fenced in and professionally landscape backyard and deck offer perfect spot for grilling and dining or just relaxing on the outdoor living room furniture. Plenty of on street parking in addition to the driveway but a car really isn't necessary as you can take the RTD bus direct from the airport to a downtown stop just several blocks from the home.

Spruce Pool is just one block away so the kids can splash around during hot summer days! 4 cruiser bikes available as well if you want to ride around the many bike paths and downtown.
