Newly renovated to accommodate families & friend groups of up to 6 people, you'll find absolute relaxation in our 3bedroom, 2.5 bath home.

Enjoy being within close proximity to downtown Nederland and 30 mins from Boulder, but feeling like you are tucked away in the quiet woods with a view that feels on top of the World!

Our mountain home is located just minutes from downtown Ned, close to shopping, restaurants, breweries, The Carousel of Happiness, liquor stores, grocery stores, and much more!
A winter time beauty, we are just 15 minutes by car to Eldora Ski Resort.
Downtown Boulder is 17 miles away, about 35 minutes.
There is SO MUCH HIKING and its right outside our door! Wonderful & easy-to-intermediate hiking and mountain biking trails are just to the east of our property line.
Nederland hosts many great trail heads just outside of town, we are always happy to recommend!
Rocky Mountain National Park & other wilderness areas are nearby. Great family activities, Skiing, the Carousel of Happiness, Wild Bear Nature Center and more.

Our driveway is STEEP, which will require an AWD/4WD vehicle with good snow tires from the months of October- May. Please remember this when reserving a rental car. We do not have access in Nederland to ride shares like Uber/Lyft or taxi services!

This is great for couples and families, but we Do Not allow parties or loud groups! This is a space for rest and relaxation and is our home. Please note that we do not allow pets and we also as have a full-time tenant in the ground floor apartment, which is completely separate from the Rental House. (separate ventilation, water lines, heating, entrance, etc) Enjoy your stay, but please be respectful and thoughtful of our great neighbors.

Our home has a large living area with a large SmartTV, cozied up to our spacious dining area and well-equipped, open kitchen.
Relax in the living room by the comfy gas fireplace while basking in the gorgeous Mountain Views + views of Barker reservoir.

The kitchen has all the gadgets and cookware you could ever want for all your culinary needs & New stainless steel appliances.

Our main level also hosts a 1/2 bath & our laundry room.

Up one flight of stairs to our top level, we have our King Suite, Queen Suite, and Twin Suite/Office.
2 full & newly renovated bathrooms can be found upstairs as well.

All of our bedrooms and bathrooms come with plenty of fresh & clean linens and towels.

We have lovely views from all areas of our home, and our newly finished front deck is a magical space to enjoy the views of the Indian Peaks.

Fires, burning, or fireworks of any kind on the premises or in our Community is strictly prohibited.
