Beautiful, well stocked home in great location
This was the perfect home for our group. It had everything we needed. Loved having King size beds in all the rooms, which were very comfortable. Nice outdoor space with gas grill. 5 minute drive to Pearl St. Our host was very responsive & easy to communicate with. Would stay here again!

Gotta stay here!!
The owner/manager was So attentive and always got back quickly with any questions!! There was a storm and she made sure the heat was on when we arrived And the driveway/walkway was shoveled! Perfect house for what we needed!!

Excellent!
Beautiful home and great location. Kitchen was very modern and well stocked. King size beds very comfortable. House was impeccably clean. Awesome sound system was a huge bonus! Host was very responsive and ensured that we had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful time staying in Boulder
Staying in Boulder was a great spot to hit all the surrounding areas and Boulder is so beautiful and has things to do and see close by. The house is wonderful, clean, well stocked, and everything you need. The owner was responsive and super helpful. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us!

Convenient to everything
This three bedroom home worked great for our party of 5 people. It was centrally located - everything seemed to be within 10 minutes of us! The home was in good condition and instructions were clear. The kitchen was well stocked.

Excellent home and location perfect for access to DT Boulder!
Amenities were awesome...kitchen, baths and electronics! Location perfect for access to DT Boulder and nearby hiking. Host very accommodating. Only ding, access code snafu, locked out for 40 mins. upon arrival. If had cell for host would have solved that problem sooner. Would book again in a minute, and I'm kinda picky! Great property!

Son's Wedding
The property was very clean. High end finishes and appliances ( Sub Zero, Wolf... ). Office area worked out great. Nice quiet neighborhood. Communication with the host was great, made sure everything was good and answered questions very quickly. Highly recommend this host and property. If needed would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous home in Bolder
This home was absolutely perfect from start to finish… And an excellent response from the management team , Zhanna & Adam. The house was perfectly stocked with everything we needed. And close to everything. In a nice quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit family

Perfect home away from home
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was exactly as pictured and had all the amenities we needed for our home away from home. We were 6 adults and there was plenty of room inside and out for all of us. The office space was great as my husband had some unexpected work come up. Zhanna, the owner was a a pleasure to work with and answered all questions promptly and even came out early one morning to drop off a blender. The house is on a quiet street and downtown Boulder is walkable or a quick 5min car ride. We found the bike path helpful when walking to and from town. If your travels bring you to Boulder, I highly recommend this rental.

Absolutely Outstanding!
To start, I am not someone who writes public reviews. But in this case I am compelled to. From start to finish our experience at this property, and with this host, was exceptional. To start, it was very easy to book and it was wonderfully easy to communicate with the host, Zhanna. She was responsive, accommodating, charming in her notes, and seemed to sincerely care that our family had a pleasant experience. As for the home itself, it couldn't have been better. Extremely well appointed. All the way from the high end appliances in the kitchen, to entertainment systems, to the art on the walls. Our family loves to cook and this definitely had a gourmet kitchen suitable for any kind of cooking. Everything worked perfectly along with having amble dining supplies (dishes, glasses, flatware etc.). The bedrooms were extremely comfortable with plenty of storage space. The bathrooms felt luxurious. It was simply a very comfortable home with wonderful outdoor areas. It really felt like a luxury resort all in one lovely home. It even had two fully outfitted offices so my wife and I could easily do a little work while away (ugg). The location is on a very quiet street that is just charming. Even the neighbor waved hi to us making us feel very welcome. If you are going to stay in Boulder and looking for the perfect home as your base of operation this is it! Treat yourself!! Thank you Zhanna for sharing your lovely home with us! It helped us have a perfect vacation!

Great VRBO
Lovely property close to downtown Boulder. Stayed here at the end of a week of hotel stays and it was a welcome respite. Sorry we couldn’t use the kitchen more on our short stay. Don’t hesitate to book this property!

We stayed in Boulder for one week and this property was perfect! Zhanna the owner provided all the details necessary for our stay. The home is beautifully furnished/appointed, perfectly clean, and exceeded all of our expectations. The location provided easy access to shopping and dining. Family time
We loved our stay in Boulder! Zhanna’s home was perfect for our family gathering. The property was very clean, cozy and conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. Check in was very simple and Zhanna was quick to respond with booking and questions during our stay. We would highly recommend anyone visiting Boulder to stay at this property!

The home was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We used the kitchen for every meal and it was well outfitted and expansive. The bedrooms were comfortable and cozy. We hiked and biked and enjoyed all aspects of our time in Boulder.

Beautiful Boulder home!
We were in town for a quick visit to tour the University of Colorado, and the surrounding area. My family really enjoyed staying in this comfortable home. The kitchen was extremely nice with high-end appliances, and very well stocked for cooking meals. I would highly recommend staying here if visiting Boulder.

The house was perfect for my family.
We were 3 grandparents, 2 parents, and 2 teenage grandchildren. The house location was excellent to drive the short distance into downtown Boulder and to our family celebration just outside the city. The inside of the house and all its appliances were first class and seemed brand new. We've never rented a classier, better-maintained house. The manager was very available. We needed her to get inside when we arrived because the code on the front door never worked for us. She was instantaneously on the problem. If you are looking for an elegant 3 BR VRBO stay in North Boulder I recommend it without hesitation.

Amazing House in Excellent Location
Cannot speak highly enough of this house. Very modern with big open spaces to hang out in. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and incredible kitchen. We loved the outdoor area where there are tables, chairs, a great yard, and gas grill. The location was perfect: nice quiet neighborhood, but only a 20-25 minute walk from downtown. Excellent communication and easy to check in and out. Highly recommend!!

Best of Boulder
This property is absolutely beautiful. Makes you feel at home the moment you walk in. Located in a quiet neighborhood yet close to everything. Zhanna was an excellent host. Very responsive and willing to go above and beyond to accommodate. If you are ever looking for a place to stay in Boulder, this is it!
