"This newly renovated property was clean and in a great location! The only markdown we have would be for the complications associated with accessing the property. Parking was terrible due to construction (not the fault of the property owner) and it was difficult to ascertain which property was even our rental. Overall, an AMAZING property that I’m sure we’ll return to in the future."

"What a wonderful place for a girls weekend! We have been friends for over 40 years. The property was spotless, very comfortable, beautiful view and easy walk to beach. Would love to come back again. The drip coffee pot was not working well. The keruig was perfect. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans to make excellent meals. Joe was very responsive to questions."

"We introduced our grandchildren to Santa Cruz! Our children came here as littles and we hit all the sights! From the aquarium, golfing, the boardwalk, Capitola beach and just relaxing on the porch! We love staying on West Cliff for the fabulous location, the views and convenience! We will definitely be back next year!"

"I loved the location and house. It was exactly ss described. I did the local history museum, the Wharf, and the Monterey Bay Natural Marine Sanctuary. Ate dinner at the Crows Nest 5 min away. Great view, okay food. So much I didn't see though. I only wish I could stay longer."
