"There isn't a minibar in the rooms and it's very hard to get bottles of water. The Gym is always very full, as is the pub and the restaurant, mostly with no guests.
So, after a long day of work, you arrive at the hotel and have to struggle to get some food. The employees from the pub/restaurant are very unfriendly."

"Great stay but no one to answer the listed Emergency Phone number for use when property is not staffed. Everything was great but when trying to store luggage for a few hours at the end of the second day stay there was no one available at property nor on the posted emergency phone number"

"We arrived before the check-in time and dropped our luggage there, wich was placed in our room when we finally got to the room. The staff couldn't be nicer. The hotel is located by the entrance to the Cathedral, near stores, pubs and restaurants. Comfortable clean room. Ours was an ensuite. I would definitely recommend it. "
"Well its owned and on the cathedral property. Wow I did not know that. It was a unique experience and close to the main streets. It was a great place to sleep next to the cathedral. It was cool to go to breakfast and see a priest or other parishioner getting ready to start a conference or some other worthy activity, not that that was the exclusive attendance of the hotel."

Petits points negatifs quand meme: les murs sont fins (bruit de télé...), literie pas top et douche pas toujours facile a regler."
